ROD MENZIES is offering tips on how to buy art - or, rather, how not to. "Let me put it to you this way," the self-made millionaire says, as he launches into an explanatory anecdote. Picture a couple, strolling pleasantly along High Street in blue-chip Armadale, or its Sydney equivalent of Queen Street, Woollahra.
